ABOUT
Skillogy International tackles the smart skills gap—a challenge too critical for businesses to ignore.Founded by a Human Resource Consultant with over 20 years of global experience across multinational and non-governmental organisations, the company was born from one recurring question: ‘Why are there so many management and leadership issues?’
The problem wasn’t technical skills—these were capable people—but a persistent gap in human-centric management and leadership skills. Across sectors, this gap limited potential and performance. Skillogy International addresses this by identifying the key human-centric skills and providing a structured framework to develop competence in self, management, and leadership
Founded in 1995, Skillogy developed the Human-Centric Ability Model™, based on 250 interrelated traits that drive workplace performance. Today, this model underpins Skillogy PERFORM™, an integrated skills resource designed to enhance individual and organisational performance, making a measurable impact worldwide.
Skillogy PERFORM™ courses focus on developing Smart Skills that deliver tangible growth, both personally and professionally. The programmes are designed to empower organisations to create environments where employees thrive, innovate, and achieve measurable impact. Skillogy provides practical, outcomes-focused solutions to address this gap and drive performance.
Mapped to The Chartered Management Institute’s standards, Skillogy PERFORM™ courses were described by a CMI Programme Assessor as, ‘One of the best programmes we have seen.’
Knowledge only becomes valuable when it’s turned into real workplace actions and performance gains. Inspired by David Kolb’s learning theory, Skillogy’s blended learning journey takes learners through four powerful stages: assessment, learning, application, and review.
Skillogy PERFORM™ development process uses the highly practical and effective 70:20:10 learning model, whereby:
Skillogy PERFORM™ specialist coaching, facilitation, and training associates provide comprehensive programme support in both the planning and delivery of courses. They work alongside you throughout the development process, tailored to the blended learning option selected for your learners and organisation.
The Skillogy PERFORM™ learning and delivery process is designed around an outcomes-based approach, serving both individuals and organisations. From the outset, we work with you to define the business rationale for implementing a Skillogy programme and to establish measurable objectives.
The Skillogy PERFORM™ ROI model demonstrates how each stage of development and delivery integrates to:
