GLOBAL SKILLS SOLUTIONS

A tailored approach to skills system development

The UK has a long-established technical and vocational education and training (TVET) system, shaped through continuous reform to meet the demands of a changing global economy.

The UK Skills Partnership shares this expertise through a tailored, co-creation approach rather than applying a fixed model. This enables countries to design and develop skills systems aligned to their own industrial priorities, workforce needs and long-term economic strategy.

How we work

Our approach is based on partnership. co-creation and contextualisation.

We work with national and regional stakeholders to design solutions that reflect local economic conditions, labour market demand and institutional capacity. Programmes are developed collaboratively to ensure relevance, scalability and long-term impact.

Through this approach, we support the development of skills systems that are practical, sustainable and capable of adapting to future change.
