ABOUT

Learning Resource Network (LRN) is a recognised Awarding Organisation that offers a range of qualifications to candidates, educational institutes, training providers, schools and employers. LRN is recognised for its high quality qualifications that enable candidates to progress to other areas of study and employment in their designated fields.

In producing its qualifications, LRN uses the experience and expertise of academics, professionals working in the pertinent industries and assessment practitioners with a wealth of best practice and knowledge of validation, verification, delivery and assessment.

Learning Resource Network (LRN) is a UK-based awarding organisation with a significant and growing international presence, delivering globally recognised qualifications to learners and education providers across multiple regions. Our international activity is focused on widening access to high-quality education, supporting progression to higher education and employment, and promoting the value of UK-regulated qualifications worldwide.

Regulated by Ofqual, LRN ensures that its qualifications meet rigorous UK standards, providing international partners with confidence in their quality, credibility, and recognition. Our qualifications are widely accepted by universities and recognised by ministries of education in various countries, enabling learners to progress academically and professionally on a global scale. LRN works with a diverse network of approved centres internationally, offering tailored support, guidance, and quality assurance to ensure consistent delivery standards.

Our partnership-led approach focuses on building long-term relationships with education providers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver qualifications effectively while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. In recent years, LRN has expanded its international footprint, increasing the number of centres and learners globally. We have strengthened our operational infrastructure to support this growth, including enhanced digital systems, improved communication channels, and streamlined processes to ensure efficient and responsive service across different time zones and regions.

Our international success has been recognised through prestigious awards, including the Queen’s Award for International Trade (2020) and the Department for Business and Trade “Made in the UK, Sold to the World” Award (2025). These achievements reflect our commitment to promoting UK education internationally and delivering high-quality services to our global partners. Looking ahead, LRN aims to further expand its international reach, strengthen partnerships, and continue innovating in qualification delivery and customer support, ensuring that learners worldwide benefit from accessible, high-quality UK education.
