NQual offers a flexible international awarding solution through a blend of Ofqual‑regulated qualifications and high‑quality endorsed programmes. Our Ofqual‑regulated offer provides global partners with the reassurance of recognised UK standards, robust quality assurance, and trusted assessment practice. Alongside this, our endorsed programmes give organisations the freedom to design training that reflects local needs, industry priorities, and emerging skills, while still being quality‑checked and certified by NQual. This combined approach allows our international partners to choose the pathway that best supports their learners, giving them both credibility and flexibility in developing meaningful, future‑focused learning experiences.

In practice, NQual’s international model is designed to remove barriers while maintaining quality and confidence. We work closely with approved international centres from initial onboarding through to delivery and certification, providing clear guidance, responsive support and proportionate quality assurance throughout. Whether partners choose to offer fully regulated UK qualifications or locally designed endorsed programmes, they benefit from consistent governance, transparent processes and timely certification. This enables international providers to scale provision responsibly, respond to skills needs at pace and offer learners qualifications and recognition that are credible, relevant and internationally respected.

What NQual offers overseas

Ofqual‑regulated UK qualifications made available to approved international centres, enabling learners overseas to achieve fully regulated UK awards.
International centre approval for training providers outside the UK, allowing them to deliver NQual qualifications and/or endorsed programmes.
NQual Endorsed Programmes, where international providers’ own training programmes are formally reviewed and quality‑endorsed by NQual.
Annual external quality assurance (EQA) for international centres delivering both regulated qualifications and endorsed programmes.
International certification services, including secure certificates for regulated qualifications and endorsed programmes issued to overseas learners.
Support with centre approval and onboarding, including application review, approval processes and ongoing compliance support for international partners.
Access to regulated qualification portfolios across multiple sectors (such as business, health and social care, early years, safeguarding, first aid and mental health) for international delivery.
End‑point assessment (EPA) capability, where applicable, delivered by NQual as an Ofqual‑recognised EPAO, supporting apprenticeship‑style provision overseas where relevant.
Partnership working with international centres and employers, providing structured collaboration rather than arm’s‑length licensing.
Consistent service standards for international centres, with the same qualification governance, quality assurance and certification principles applied as in the UK.
