ABOUT

Orchestrating the Future of Health and Care Workforce Development
TalentFind is a next-generation edtech and workforce platform designed to transform how the health and care workforce are educated, credentialed, and deployed, locally and globally. At its core, TalentFind is a modular, cloud-based system that connects education, employment, and workforce planning into a single, intelligent ecosystem. It empowers health and care providers, governments, and education institutions to build sustainable, scalable, and future-ready workforces and fosters ethical and sustainable health workforce development.

The Challenge
Healthcare systems around the world are facing a critical workforce crisis. The World Health Organisation projects a global shortfall of 10 million health workers by 2030. In the UK, for example, the NHS is under pressure due to chronic staffing shortages, rising agency costs, and fragmented training and recruitment pathways. Meanwhile, education providers often lack the digital infrastructure to scale their programmes or connect learners with real-world employment opportunities. The result is a disjointed system where talent is underutilised, delayed, or lost entirely.

TalentFind addresses these challenges by offering a unified platform that supports the entire health and care workforce career development lifecycle. It enables:

  • Education providers to digitise and deliver accredited training programmes, track learner progress, and align curricula with workforce demand.
  • Healthcare organisations to upskill, recruit and manage talent efficiently, whether locally or internationally.
  • Governments to coordinate regional, national and international workforce strategies, and monitor outcomes.
  • Professionals to manage their career development in one place, creating a seamless journey from student to seasoned practitioner.

This end-to-end integration makes TalentFind a powerful infrastructure layer for modern health and care workforce ecosystems, providing real-time visibility into workforce pipelines, skill gaps and migration pathways, supporting both national development goals and individual career aspirations.

key strategic partnership is with Specialist Language Courses (SLC), a global leader of English language training for the health and care sector. By integrating SLC’s accredited medical English programmes into the TalentFind platform, we ensure that international candidates are not only clinically prepared, but also linguistically equipped to meet global healthcare standards. This integration with SLC and other online training providers streamlines the upskilling journey and positions TalentFind as a critical enabler of scalable, accessible, and outcome-driven education in the health and care sector globally.

EdTech at the Core
TalentFind is fundamentally an edtech platform. It supports lifelong learning and professional development by integrating with universities, training providers, and CPD programmes. Key features include:

  • Hosting and delivery of online accredited courses
  • Real-time learner tracking and certification
  • Systemised local and global initiatives, such as the NHS’s Return to Practice

A major programme in Uzbekistan involving several UK universities, NHS Trusts and English language training providers to upskill the Uzbek nationals in English language and provide UK-curriculum health related degrees. The English language upskilling will be expanded to other sectors under the Migration Agency to enhance migration and employment opportunities. This initiative is in collaboration with Skills for Health/People 1st International.
  • NHS, UK – various pilots and initiatives, including the upskilling of 1) underemployed care workers 2) displaced care workers 3) upskill overseas care workers and additional initiatives related to the upskilling of care workers.
