NOCN, formed in 1987, is a skills solutions charity (not-for-profit) and leading global awarding/assessing and skills consultancy organisation, with strong experience in management, vocational, technical, ESOL and soft/ employability skills.
NOCN is recognised by the UK’s Qualifications Regulator Ofqual as an awarding organisation. NOCN has a history of working in partnership with Government Ministries, agencies, regulatory authorities, employers, trade associations, educational/training institutes and Sector Skills Councils (SSCs). NOCN helps people to get the skills they need to get into employment or further their careers; whilst helping employers to develop their workforces.
NOCN are an awarding organisation recognised by regulator authorities in other regions such as Africa, Europe, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Mauritius.
NOCN are at the forefront of skills development and have been actively working on the reform of apprenticeships in the UK for the last ten years. NOCN a leading apprenticeship assessment organisation and is approved for the highest number of occupational standards in the UK.
NOCN qualifications include those for tutors, assessors and employer mentors. NOCN delivers UK regulated qualifications in India- including management (UK levels 4, 5 and 7), engineering & manufacturing (UK level 5) for NTTF, Haryana and Odisha States.

NTTF Collaboration (India): NOCN partnered with the Nettur Technical Training Foundation to benchmark and enhance vocational diploma programmes. This initiative ensures Indian qualifications meet international standards through NOCN’s quality assurance and certification services.
