ChangeSchool delivers education, mentoring, and community development programmes across 38 countries including in the Caucasus, the Far East, Sub-Saharan Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East and the UK. ChangeSchool use’s its geographical experience to tailor our programmes for geography, culture and ecosystem maturity.

ChangeSchool is a London-based education institution that believes in the power of knowledge and skills to change society.

ChangeSchool runs both UK-based and global programmes for entrepreneurs for the Royal Academy of Engineering. The UK-facing programme is the Enterprise Hub, one of the top 10 accelerators in Europe.

The global Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) programme is a community of international engineering innovators from 17 countries who have completed a year-long training and mentoring programme. As delivery partners, ChangeSchool has worked across twelve countries and supported innovators to raise millions in investment and find thousands of new customers.

All the Academy’s innovators are now part of a 1400-strong engineering innovator community that receives continuing learning and development opportunities through the Academy that ChangeSchool delivers across the world.

For the British Council, ChangeSchool managed the Innovation for African Universities programme across five countries, with 24 UK and International HEI partnerships comprising 86 organisations and 35 funded projects across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and the UK. Sir Steve Smith, the UK Government’s International champion, cited this programme as the most successful example of international collaboration between UK and sub-Saharan African Higher Education institutions.

ChangeSchool’s delivery is award-winning

ChangeSchool’s programme for 120 international leaders delivered with King’s College, London, won the 2023 Europe’s Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) silver category award in talent development for aspiring leaders. Since 2007, the EFMD Excellence in Practice (EiP) Awards have recognised outstanding and impactful client-supplier partnerships in Organisational, Talent, Leadership and Professional Development.

ChangeSchool’s face-to-face delivery is award-winning: In the last three deliveries for UK government programmes for the Education and Training Foundation, ChangeSchool achieved a 100% satisfaction rating for all three programmes and a recording-breaking +100 NPS

At the recent women’s leadership programme at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, the researchers and industry partners gave overwhelmingly positive feedback on the training with a 100% satisfaction rating. ChangeSchool delivered the programme for leaders of 63 Further Education Colleges to manage the transformational change required to implement the government’s new T-level curriculum, within which ChangeSchool achieved an NPS of +100, a record high for the Education and Training Foundation.

ChangeSchool consistently achieve an NPS of +85 and above. NPS scores range from -100 to +100. NPS Score of over +50 is excellent, and over +70 is considered world-class.
