Representative and support services for work-based learning providers and stakeholders in vocational skills
AELP lobbies on behalf of around 1000 organisations to improve government funded skills and employment programmes that increase work force productivity and improve social mobility.
Our members represent around three-quarters of the country’s apprenticeship provision and include major employers, awarding organisations, Colleges and adult community learning providers as well as charities, third sector and independent training providers.
AELP provides a range of support to enable members to improve their performance and service to employers and learners. There are a wide range of Special Interest Groups that help to inform policy and debate, and members are kept in touch via an extensive portfolio of regular digests and publications.
Our Research team provides critical insight and analysis on a wide range of subjects, whilst our Events team have a rolling programme of events throughout the year ranging from webinars and small CPD workshops to high-profile conferences at major venues.
